Only manager is good. Property is too old. Room are not maintained at all, breakfast time is 8.30 AM but they serve it by 9. No buffet at all...

We are very satisfied with this hotels staff.. there are good food quality and service is fabulous. Room was good. But food menu was not consistent..They had desserts on the first day..But on second and third they didn’t have it and we had to fight with them to get it. Also because of weather conditions we had to stay in the room for one of the afternoon’s…Even though we were ready to pay they did not offer any lunch..They blatantly replied it cant be done. Wouldn’t recommend this in manali

We, 4 friends, had a night stay at this property and it was a lovely experience. Rooms are nice & spacious, breakfast menu is widespread plus delicious food just fewer options in Non Vegetarian food. Even the staff was quite helpful with quick service. They had all covid safety measures, you will see Sanitizers everywhere in the hotel which is a good thing and our rooms also had some masks provided. I'd love to visit your hotel again after having a good relaxing stay!
